Bruce Lyeth is an American scientist and a professor emeritus of neurological surgery at the University of California, Davis. He has expertise in traumatic brain injury, systemic physiology, and animal behavioral assessment. He has served as Secretary/Treasurer (1997), Vice President (1998), President (2006), and Councilor (3 terms) of the National Neurotrauma Society. He is an active member of the editorial board for the Journal of Neurotrauma since 1995.
